Labour announce minimum “C” standard to be re-introduced for private landlords by 2030

In a largely anticipated move, the new Labour government have announced they will re-introduce previously scrapped legislation requiring private rental properties to have a minimum EPC rating of C by 2030.

There is little detail so far as to whether there will be any additional funding schemes available to meet this target.
