How long does an EPC appointment take?

Anywhere from 30-90 minutes depending on the size of property.

How long does an EPC remain valid?

10 years, although during this time it may become inaccurate if factors at the property have changed, such as a new boiler or increased insulation

Do you provide discounts for multiple properties?

Yes, in some cases if a customer has multiple properties we can quote for a job lot.

Do you provide services to letting and estate agents

Yes, we will co-ordinate with tenants or homeowners for access and can collect keys if required.
